Eating Healthy

Eating correctly is almost one of the hardest things to accomplish. I wish I could say that I do eat healthy, but I truly don't.

So, I am my goal for the next couple months is to eat healthier. I have already given up soda a couple weeks ago, and I want to do a lot more about my health. My plans is to slowly try and make mini goals each week. It will be interesting if I will be able to have any self control with my eating.

I have always been a really athletic person, but I have never really been thin, or lean. And I believe that the main reason to this was, 1) I am growing up and 2) I have never really been a healthy eater. After cross country this season I was actually beginning to become thin. It was amazing doing two sports at once and simply not having time to snack all day.

Now, after cross country I know have time to eat. So, this is my idea for not over eating. Just eating enough. We will see how far this takes me.
