Well, I had some tough times at working out this week. But, I have pulled through most of it and I am happy to say that I think I have been eating a bit better already. I have no plans for this weekend and I am hoping that I will be able to get a few runs in.
This weekend I want to cook a healthy dish. I think that I am going to attempt cooking tomorrow night for the family. It will be interesting to see how it turns out. :D
