Hey,
Well I have found the perfect way to stay healthy. I gave up junk food for lent season and have not cracked yet. I have found that I have eaten less and of course, more healthy foods. It works for me because I feel as though if I mess up that it was yet another thing I hadn't been good at and have to say sorry yet again to God. So far, it has been working really well.
